Sandy Shores

I had an amazing day at the beach filled with wonderful people! First of this photo is of Colleen Le and I from our JV volleyball photo and today. I look exactly the same, just without braces haha. I loved talking with Nga, boogie boarding with Eric and Seimon. Too bad Eric didn't catch any waves! I hope he learns how soon. I also had a great time shaking my "donk" with Colleen, as she laid on me, boob hitting with Linda, and countless other things. Smores....mmummm.....

In the Moment

That's probably the only picture I will willing post of my boobs. xD

I loved how random this afternoon was for Cathy and I. I only wish I was able to do more spontaneous things this summer. So much for getting a job this summer. haha. I feel like I have so much to do yet the time is slipping away. I wanted to read an entire library yet I haven't gotten around to opening one book. I wanted to hang out more yet I'm finding myself so scheduled. I wanted to listening to all the music in the world, yet all I do is waste my time on facebook. I wanted to catch up on all my television shows yet I am indulging myself with Big Brother. I realize that I need to force myself to do things immediately or I'll never get around doing anything. Something I learned about myself. I happened to flip to the end of 60 minutes this evening and hear that one old guy that sits at his desk do his little talk. He spoke about messes around the desk and keeping things you'll never look at. It's all very true and made me realize I need to live in the moment a little more.

First Week Out

It's about time I started talking about my summer. Things have just come up. I've started my sociology class at miramar, I hit Jake in the eye with a basketball, I've seen Mr. Pilakowski in basketball shorts (and he felt sorry that I had to request my transcript at school), I saw Katie Davis at LA fitness, Stephanie and Jackie are now members of LA fitness, I went to Scripps's graduation, I had fun at the breakfast, I hung out with Nicole Larson and Sarah Vidakovich, I went to the Del Mar Fair, I didn't win a car at Serra High School, and I finally got my license plates for my car. I think I'll start posting some photos soon.

Cheyenne!

The pictures on the rides at Del Mar Fair. Goodness!

Constant Joys

For perhaps the first time ever my summer activities have been never-ending and yet I feel as if these moments will be gone before I know it even though it is still June. There's still so much on my summer to-go list! Seaworld, the Fair, thrift shopping, concert going, getting together with friends from all different spheres. Because of all my upcoming plans (and lack of) I've decided to cease searching for a job, rather, I will be volunteering at the VA and tutoring my cousins and younger brother. I feel as if my summer is already filled up!

Thursday the 18th the four corners finally got to meet up! They came over to mi casa and we watched (including Mina and my mom) He's Just Not That Into You, the perfect chick flick! It was so fun and the movie made it even better. I know it's bad but I love side comments during films. Others' inputs makes things ten times more enjoyable.

Friday's plans included Minerva, Lance and I to have lunch with Jenay. Unfortunately those plans could not be carried out. I was so bummed.I seem to have forgotten what happened on Saturday. I probably slept all day like I did on Sunday. For Father's Day my family stayed at home and watched Defiance and The Internationalist and ate Carl's Jr. and went out to eat Vietnamese food for dinner. Oh, and I slept from 5 pm to 8 pm. I felt very strange when I woke up.
And there was yesterday. Oh yesterday! I had a blast yesterday! First of all I had an ASB meeting at school. It was just fun in general even though I don't know everyone yet. Afterwards Julie, Kelli, Nga, Cathy, Sara, and I went to Ihop. Sara and I stayed for about a half an hour but the time we spent there was pleasant. This upcoming year will be spectacular and some of you know the reason behind my diction. Later that day my cousins, Travor, and my mom went to buy books. I'm so scared of tutoring them, yet so excited. I hope I can add some of my limited knowledge to their young minds. I have a feeling that this summer will be unpredictable at times. The best part of yesterday was the Core Team dinner party at Tom Hamm's Lighthouse downtown. Gosh it was so beautiful cause we were sitting right by the bay. We took lots of photos, played ninja, and tried to eat $25 worth of food. I'm sad to see the seniors leaving. Core team has been such a tremendous part of my life this past year.
